As the founder and operator of The Refinery, Rocio has dedicated her career to redefining the standard of men's grooming by blending precision, artistry, and exceptional service.  Her journey began with a pair of clippers and a deep commitment to the craft.

 

Over the years, she has cultivated a loyal clientele and trained up-and-coming professionals, earning a reputation for excellence and mentorship. Whether behind the chair or teaching a class, Rocio brings passion, integrity, and a refined touch to everything she does.
